Products made with real animal bone may have shipping restrictions. We expect that THE CUSTOMER reviews and confirms their states laws and regulations regarding the particular species of animal bone being sent. Any fines are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Most items are prepared in-house and made-to-order. That means between full-time jobs we are printing, matting, enhancing and personalizing most of what we ship out. This can result in delays due to material shortage or unexpected issues.
Products labeled as “reworks” can be expected to have minor flaws that lead to their “re-working” from the standard original product.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we feel is breaking our terms of service or otherwise inappropriately communicating to or about Heathen Hyena Arts.
